Union Home Closings does not disseminate or disclose data regarding member consumers to any outside entity other than that expressly authorized by consumer members for the delivery of those specific services.
SERVICE WARRANTIES
Union Home Closings endeavors to establish relationships
only with the highest regarded local service providers based upon the criteria
set out in the vendor application form. All service providers are licensed,
bonded and insured according to federal, state and local requirements. All
vendor references are carefully reviewed and any receiving unsatisfactory
consumer ratings will be excluded from the Union Home Closings
benefit package.
Union Home Closings can not guarantee the products or services provided by participating vendors, it will endeavor to resolve any consumer complaints with particular firms.
