• Minimum of 5 years full-time experience
• Minimum of 20 million dollars in closed transactions
  
• State licensed and in good standing with local MLS
  
• Agent and Broker Errors & Omissions Insurance in full effect
  
• Client satisfaction survey average above 80% for prior year
